The brown alligator strap and 42.5 mm, 18-carat pink gold case with a polished satin finish complement a Connecticut shade wrapper, and the rings on the dial’s counters are evocative of cigar bands. All of which is no substitution for an actual stick . . . but at least it can tell you how much time remains in your smoke-break.
